Budget tab
Every standard category pre-loaded with typical percentage ranges. Enter your ceiling and it allocates; enter what you actually spend and it tracks the gap. The arithmetic is written, not left to you.
Guest list tab
Names, side, invited-to, RSVP and meal choice in one place, with the headcount counting itself as you fill it in. That number drives most of your budget, so it stops being a guess.
Deliberately two tabs and not twenty. It should be useful on its own — if it isn’t, a bigger version wouldn’t be either.

Is it really free?+
Yes. Two tabs, no card, no trial. There is a bigger paid planner further down the road, but this is not a locked demo of it — the formulas here work.
Google Sheets or Excel?+
Both. You get a Sheets link to copy and an .xlsx file. Apple Numbers opens the Excel version too.
We haven't set a date. Is it too early?+
No — this is the right moment. The budget and the guest count are the two decisions that constrain the date, not the other way round.
